Donald A .Hotalen, aged 51 of the Creek Road, in Gibson, died this afternoon at 1 o'clock, after three days illness of pneumonia.

He is survived by his widow, his mother, Mrs. Mordica Hotalen; a daughter, Mrs. J. W. Ness, of Elmira; seven sisters, Mrs. Marshall Cooper of Chicago; Mrs. Charles Hoag, of Yonkers; Mrs. Rose Parmer, of Yonkers; Mrs. G. A. Shaddock, of Perry Avenue, this city; Mrs. William Grosbeck, of Centerville; Mrs. Robert McCarthy, of Painted Post; Mrs. Mary Cowan, of Watauga Avenue, this city; two brothers, Carl Hotalen, of Gibson, and Charles Hotalen, of Mossy Glen.

The funeral arrangements are incomplete.

The funeral of Donald A. Hotalen, who died yesterday will be held at the home on the Creek Road, in Gibson, Saturday afternoon, at 2:30 o'clock, the Rev Henry Hubbard of Trinity Church, Elmira officiating. Burial in Hope Cemetery.
