Rosie Lee Riffey was the daughter of John Washington Riffey and Nancy Jane Dunn. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Garland E. McGhee, ten brothers: Sherman, George, Wallace, Lincoln, Earnest, Bill, Paul L., J. B., Tommy, & John, two sisters: Kate Riffey Woods, & Bessie Lee Riffey Cannon, one step-son and his wife: Harold Wayne and Phyllis Gillespie McGhee.
She was a member of the First Church of God in Chilhowie.
