Mrs. Blachly was born December 29, 1879 at Wahoo, Nebraska. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Genevieve Rau, Hot Springs; one brother, Robert R. Loder, Plains; one grandchild, Mrs. John Welch, Jr, Hot Springs, and three great-granddaughters.
