Wade passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Regency Place Nursing Home at the age of 72. He was a retired Sheriff Deputy with WBR Parish Sherriff's Office; a resident of Port Allen and a native of Baton Rouge, La. Visiting will be at Wilbert Funeral Home, Port Allen on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 3pm until religious services at 7pm, conducted by Pastor Dutch Price. Cremation will follow. He is survived by his sister, Iris Davis Wall; brother, Donald Wayne Davis; nephews, Alex Shane Davis and wife Kim, Wes Davey Davis, John T. Wall, III, Joseph Wall and Jerald C. Wall; numerous nieces and nephews; and fiancé, Linda Lange. Preceded in death by parents, Wade and Iris Smith Davis. He was a member of the Free Mason's, Eastern Star and the First United Methodist Church in Plaquemine. Graduate of Istrouma High School. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
