Harold E. Colpitts, 87 of West Windsor died Sunday evening surrounded by his family on April 2, 2017 at Wilson Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 65 years. Wilda Colpitts., West Windsor, 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Carol & Robert Prentice, Windsor, Sally & Stephen Giannini, West Windsor, 3 grandchildren, Michelle (Todd) Bond, NE, Renee Dixon, Windsor, Carolyn Giannini, West Windsor, 6 great granddaughters, Samantha, Jenna, Alexa, Emma, Cara, Hanna, 1 great grandson, Jayse, 3 brothers & sisters-in-law, Robert & Ginger Colpitts, Windsor, Ronald & Shirley Colpitts, Windsor, Donald Colpitts. Windsor, sisters-in-law, Marion Colpitts, Windsor, Leah Colpitts, NC and also several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Richard & Ruth Colpitts and 2 brothers, Lloyd Colpitts and Stanley Colpitts. He was former owner of Hilltop Lanes along with his brothers, owned Windsor Salvage Pool for many years and moved to FL where he retired, with his wife, to own and operated a KOA Campground in Clewiston FL. He loved working outside mowing everyone's lawns, plowing snow and running his bulldozer. His favorite time was attending his great grandchildren's softball games and keeping score. Harold will truly be missed by his family and all those he helped along the years. His family and friends will remember him for his dry humor and knowing that you ever needed anything he would be there to help you in a heartbeat.
