Isaac "Ike" Charles Smith, 84, of Iberia died Monday, March 12, 1990. He was born Aug. 9, 1905 at Brays near Iberia to Charles Turner and Mae Arendall Smith. On Aug. 13, 1927 he was married to Olathe, Kan. to Frances Hill, who survives at the home.
Mr. Smith was an electrician, retiring in 1970. He was a member of Iberia Masonic Lodge 410; Iberia Chapter 537, Order of the Eastern Star; Rolla Commandry 59, Knights Templar; Chapter No. 39, Royal Arch Masons; and Council 39, Cryptic Masons.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Smith is survived by a son, Charles T. Smith of Springfield, Mo., two daughters, Louise Dorsey of St. Louis, Mo. and Nancy Graf of Mountain Grove, Mo.; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 P.M. Thursday at Stevinson-Mosman Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Skidds and the Rev. Alden Veach officiation. Burila in in Brays Cemetery.
A masonic service was held at 7:30 P.M. Wednesday at the funerl home.
