Zara Christine Wriston, 68, of Elmira, WV passed away March 29, 2017 at home, from complications from a brief fight with cancer.
She was born May 4, 1948 to the late Edward and Virgie Marks in Elmira, WV. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Kesley.
Christine is survived by husband, Curtis T. Wriston; son, Curtis DeWayne Wriston; daughter, DeAnna Dawn Atkins and husband; brothers, Wesley Marks, Richard Marks and Ronnie Marks; sister, Ermal Vaughan; her grandchildren, which she was very proud of, Rebecca, Ashley, Zach, AJ, Tristan, Savannah and Trace.
Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway, WV with the Rev. Rebecca Cook officiating. Interment will be in the Elmira Cemetery.
Visitation will be two hours prior to service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either Rosenbaum Family House, 30 Family House Drive, PO Box 8228, Morgantown, WV 26505, or West Virginia Caring, PO Box 323, Burnsville, WV 26335.
