Helen Ricker Collins, age 92, of Greeneville, passed away Wednesday afternoon at Takoma Regional Hospital.
She was retired from Magnavox and was a member of Reformation Lutheran Church.
Survivors include two granddaughters and their husbands: Terri Moody Morris and Brian of Maryville, TN, and Heather Hice Mitchel and Ted of Indianapolis, Indiana; one grandson and his wife: Russell Moody and Beth of Greeneville; five great-grandchildren: Trenton, Hailey, Savannah, Hayden, and Landry; special family friend: Kenny Hartman and his fiancé: Becky Woolsey Wright and son: Jacob Wright; one brother; Arthur and Jeanette Ricker of Palmetto, FL; one sister: Irene King of Palmetto, FL; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husbands: George Henry Hice, Charles Jaynes, and H.T. Collins; daughter: Rande H. Moody; son: George Ricky Hice; parents: Arthur and Pearl Shipley Ricker.
The family will receive friends from 1 – 3 p.m. on Saturday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Jim Dumond will officiate. Entombment will follow the service in the Chapel Mausoleum at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Russell Moody, Brian Morris, Ted Mitchel, Kenny Hartman, and Tommy Bennett.
