Lourania was the daughter of Thomas Priddy and Permelia Miranda Higginbotham. She married William Thomas Casto on April 11, 1875 in Putnam Co., WV. They were the parents of George Perry, Amelia Ann, Lewis Allen, Emma Jane, Abigail Mae, Ira Preston, Henry Howell and Oscar Clarence.
