THOMASVILLE | Frank Wilson, 67, of Motsinger Road, died Saturday, April 1, 2006, at High Point Regional Hospital.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Fairview United Methodist Church, where he was a loyal member, by the Rev. Robert Wiseman and Elder J.W. "Bill" Brewer. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Wilson was born in Ash, N.C., on June 26, 1938, to Pink and Lucinda Andrews Wilson. He had made his home in this area since 1960. He was the retired owner of Frank's Small Jobs and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the Pilot Lions Club. He enjoyed his hobbies of fishing and NASCAR. On March 5, 1960, he married the former Sandy Dennis.

Surviving are his wife of the home; two sons, Hank Wilson and his wife, Peggy, of Richland, Ga., and Randy Wilson and his wife, Julie, of Thomasville; a foster son, Billy Pullum of Winston-Salem; three sisters, Boots Hewett and her husband, Roger, and Mary Lou Cumbee and her husband, Gene, all of Supply, and Bernice Etheridge of Crusoe Island, N.C.; one brother, Carl Wilson and his wife, Nellie, of Ash; three grandchildren; two foster grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville.

The family requests that memorials be made to N.C. Lions Foundation Camp Dogwood, P.O. Box 39, Sherrills Ford, NC 28673.
