Priscilla M. Spencer of Windsor, VT died on March 17, 2017 at the Springfield Health and Rehab Center in Springfield, VT. She was born in Claremont, NH on February 13, 1940 the daughter of Charles and Cressa (Lord) Lozo and had been a longtime Windsor resident.

Priscilla was a graduate of Windsor High School.

She had been employed as a receptionist at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon and had previously worked at Cone Blanchard, Pippin, Windsor High School and as a dispatcher for the Windsor Police Dept.

Priscilla was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Parish and a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. She volunteered for Meals on Wheels and Volunteers in Action. She was a vibrant member of her community.

Members of her family include a son, David Spencer, Ascutney, VT; two daughters, Gail Saur, Gaithersburg, MD; Sandra Maxham, Ascutney, VT; six grandchildren seven great grandchildren, her former husband, David Spencer, Windsor, VT; a stepsister, Linda Benton, Portsmouth, NH; two brothers, Lawrence Lozo, Aliso Viejo, CA; Seth Benton, San Francisco, CA and many loving nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister, Leona Reynolds.

Committal Services will be held later in the Spring in Mountain View Cemetery in Claremont, NH.
