FROSTBURG- Tosha Nicole(Carter) DelSignore ,37, of Frostburg, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017.
Born on December 16, 1979 in Frankfort, Germany , Tosha was the daughter of the late Charles H. Carter and survived by her mother Diane P. (Filer) Comer.
Tosha was a 1997 graduate of Beall High School. She also earned an Associate’s Degree at Allegany College for Elementary Education
Tosha is survived by her loving husband Ian DelSignore; her son, Trevor DelSignore, her daughter Brynn DelSignore, brother, Charles H. Carter II, and sister Lexie Comer, nephews, Charlie Carter and Jaxon Carter, niece, Lyncoln Carter.
All of which will sorely miss Tosha.
Family and friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Monday, March 20, 2017 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 11 a.m. with Rev. George M. Harpold officiating.
Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
