He graduated from Gadsden High School, University of Alabama in 1943 and University of Alabama Law School in 1948. He is survived by children and their families. Mr. King was a member and elder of First Presbyterian Church, Gadsden. Funeral service at First Presbyterian Church and burial in Forrest Cemetery. He was a veteran of World War II.
