Terry was the treasured and beloved husband of Ramona Vincent-Bernard; cherished and devoted father of Shannon Bernard-Adams (Marcus), Karly Keirsey (Matt), Ryan Koubek (Sara), and Kasey Webb (Ryan); devoted grandfather of Madeleine and Hailey Adams, Harper Keirsey, Brynn Koubek and Mason , Zoey and Auria Webb; loving brother of Ron (deceased) (Barb) and Wayne (Cheryl); loving brother-in-law of Renee Vincent-Sole (John); He is preceded in death by his parents, Hilda (nee Kump) and Elmer Bernard; loving uncle to six nephews and friend of many.
Terry was a graduate of Malone College with a degree in Business.
