Funeral services for Fred Taylor Aunspaugh, 61, official of the Neiman-M arcus Co., were to be held at 3 p.m. Friday at St. Matthews Episcopal Cat hedral with Rev. Vern Swartsfaget officiating. Interment was to be in Greenwood Cemetery.

A lifelong resident of Dallas, he was engaged in public accounting prior to joining the Neiman-Marcus firm in 1918 as office manager.
He was appointed assistant secretary of the concern in 1934 and 10 years later became treasurer.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Tommye Aunspaugh and a sister, Mrs. Addie A. Menczer of Dallas.
Pallbearers were to be T. V. Murray, Robert J. Carter, Norman C. Bramley, Harold W. Fishere, George L. Dexter and A. M. Malone.
Services are under the direction of the Welland Funeral Home.
