FUNERALS
William R. Hoylman

Funeral services for William R. Hoylman were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Waggener & Campbell chapel by Rev. C. S. Kleckner of Central Christian church. During the service a mixed quartet composed of Rosella Bachman, Lena Lapp, Carl Kauffman and Reuben Kauffman sang two hymn selections. Mrs. C. S. Kleckner played the piano at the close of the service. Friends acting as pallbearers were Guy Kao, J. N. Berkey, L. Z. Groh, N. L. Kauffman, F. B. Lapp and Victor Croskrey. Interment was in the Conrad Memorial cemetery.

OBITUARY
William R. Hoylman was born August 20, 1857, in Sweet Briar county near Richmond, West Virginia. As a young man he moved with his parents to Adams county, Nebraska. He was married October 5, 1880, to Miss Amanda Carper. They came with their family to the Flathead in 1917, and later moved to Oregon. Mrs. Hoylman passed away in Oregon in 1929 and Mr. Hoylman returned to the Flathead and made his home with his son, Victor, near Creston. He had been ill only a short time and passed away at the home of his son, Sam, 11 miles northwest of Kalispell. He was 82 years of age.
Mr. Hoylman is survived by five sons, Walter, George and Victor at Creston; Sam of Kalispell and William of South English, Iowa, and two daughters, Mrs. E. S. Schiffler of Roseland, Nebraska, and Mrs. Marshal Gingrich of Albany, Oregon. There are also 27 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, two half-brothers and two half-sisters and other relatives surviving.
