She wrote letters pleading for him to return to VA which he did eventually do. He served as a judge again in VA. He had many enemies there because of his British loyalty. He died in 1803. She died in 1816.

-m: John Talbot on 2-2-1760 (the year her father died). She & Talbot had no children. She died Before 1768 because her widowed husband remarried in 1768 to Mary P. Moseley & had children with her. He died in 1798.
