EDNA MAE PERKINS MARTIN, 83, of Hodgenville, died Thursday, March 17, 2005 at the Woodland Terrace Nursing Home in Elizabethtown.
She was the former owner and operator of the Duck Inn Restaurant in Hodgenville and a member of the Union Band Baptist Church in Howardstown.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Zephie Bradley Perkins and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Edna VanCleave of Campbellsville and Virginia Lois Martin of Elizabethtown; a son, James E. Martin of Elizabethtown; a sister, Maudie Underwood of Elizabethtown; four granddaughters, Gail Cochran, Sherry Matthews, Lara Brooks and Samantha Harned and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 20, 2005 at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Rev. Roger Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery in Hodgenville.
