He was born Dec.24,1916,in Dover,son of James Guy and Imo Jane(Thompson) Welch.
On Oct.14,1939,He Married Forence Burroughs.She Survive with three daughters.Mrs Jim(Joan) of Cininnati,Mrs Paul (Dora)Griffis of Sidney,And Debbie Gordon of Marysville;a step-Son Richard Burroughs of Sidney;11grandchildren,23 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson;two brothers,Robert of Raymond, and George of Marysville.
Two Broyhers and a grandson preced him in death.
Mr.Welch was self employed carpenter and enjoyed Woodworking.
Services will be held Tuesday at 11 A.M. at the Mannasmith-Hale Funeral Home 621 W.Fifth St. Marysville,with the Rev.Ray Sharritts officiating.Buirel will be in Maple Grove Cemetery,Nort Lewisburg,friends may call at the Funeral Home from 2to4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
