Mrs. Chambers
SNYDER (Special) - Services for Mrs. Sallie J. Chambers, 87, of Snyder will be at 2 p.m. today at the Bell-Seale Funeral Chapel here with Elder Ben Howze of Big Spring, officiating. Burial will follow in Snyder Cemetery.
Mrs. Chambers died Wednesday in Cogdell Memorial Hospital here, after a lengthy illness.
The Coryell County native married G. M. Chambers in 1905. He died in 1959.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Leone Wroten of Hemet, Calif.; two sons, A. L. (Allen Lee) Chambers of Snyder and Leonard Chambers of Pittsburg, Calif.; two sisters. Mrs. Norn Knight of Macgregor and Celley Golden of Seminole; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
