Around 1896, Lizzie and husband moved with other Elliott family relatives to the area of Washita County, Oklahoma, and appear on the census there in 1900. About 1906, Lizzie and Martin moved to Hughes County, Oklahoma where both died of a fever in February 1907. They passed away four days apart and were buried in an unknown location.
