Deanna F. Unger age 75 of Cadet, Missouri died February 25, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis. Mrs. Unger was a previous resident of Centerville, Indiana. She retired from IDOT as a highway dispatcher. She was born June 28, 1941 the daughter of Reed and Reba (White) Lewis of Jay County. She was married to David Steed and he passed away in 1969, she later married John Unger and he died in 2002. Deanna enjoyed her cats, taking care of her flower beds and hummingbirds.
Surviving are a son Brian Steed (wife Shannon) of Cadet, MO., a brother David Lewis (wife Charlene) of Carmel, IN., a sister Susie Sells (husband JC) of Pahrump, NV., Two grandsons Jacob (fiance Jessica Martin) and Lucas Steed granddaughter Melissa Grace Steed and one great granddaughter Ava Steed all of Cadet, MO.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow in the Lisbon Cemetery in Randolph County. Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
