Martin Beaver--of Germantown, former foreman for Forcum Lumber Construction Company, of Dyersburg, who supervised the construction of Halls Elementary School, The Bank of Halls and other construction projects in Lauderdale County, died Saturday night in Methodist Hospital, Memphis, of a self inflicted gun-shot wounds. He was 54. Sheriff's deputies said Mr. Beaver had been in ill health and had been in the hospital since Monday before last. Services were in Memphis Funeral Home, burial in Mount Vernon Gardens Cemetery. He leaves his wife, a daughter, two brothers and two sisters.
