Mr. Eugene A. "Pap" Fetter, 90, of Felix Road, New Paris, died Saturday, February 25th, 2017 at Johnstown Memorial Medical Center.

Mr. Fetter was born in E. St. Clair Township on Sunday, June 20, 1926, the son of the late George and Mary (Hoagland) Fetter.

He was married to Ruth (Felix) Fetter and they have been blessed to celebrated 65 years of marriage.

In addition to his wife he is survived by Son- Larry E. Fetter, Imlertown; Son- Bernard L. husband of Carol (Findley) Fetter, Bedford; Son- Jerry L. Fetter, Manns Choice; Son- David R. husband of Wilma (Bruck) Fetter, New Paris; Son- Duane A. husband of Mary Jane (Stahl) Fetter, Bedford; Brother- Ira Fetter, Fishertown; Sister- Alice Miller, Bedford; Sister- Evelyn Wilkins, Manns Choice; Sister- Shirley Ketterman, Bedford. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Davis, two grandchildren, Othaniel & April Fetter, a great grandson, Jason Fetter, and the following siblings, Ruth Norris, Myrtle Riesling, Dale Fetter, Carl Fetter, Betty Glover, Paul Fetter and Russell Fetter.

Eugene was a lifelong farmer. In his early life, he hauled milk cans for Sealtest Dairy. Pap later served as the East St. Clair Township Supervisor and worked as a janitor for New Paris Elementary. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend and he will be greatly missed .

A Funeral Service will be held at Manns Choice Church of God at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 3rd, 2017 with Rev. Richard Whetstone officiating.

Interment will be held at Fishertown Cemetery.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday from 3:00 - 8:00 PM at the Manns Choice Church of God.

Memorial contributions may be made to Palliative Care Unit, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Good Samaritan Building, 4th Floor, 1086 Franklin Street, Johnstown, PA 15905.
