Ruby Ragland, age 85, of Bedford, formerly of Lewisville, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2007, in Euless.
She was born May 12, 1921 in Denton County, Texas, to John and Nannie Sharp Brown. She was married to James D. Ragland and worked for Mary Kay Cosmetics.
Mrs. Ragland is survived by her son, James Ragland, Jr., of Bedford; daughter, Debra Ryder of St. Petersburg, Florida; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Evie Blagg of Denton and Lois Upchurch of Kemp, Texas; brother, Elton Brown of Sherman; and her half-sister, Mary Brown of Lewisville.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2007, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.
Interment will follow in Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville.
The family will receive friends 4 to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, January 13, at the funeral home.
