LINDSEY, Albina - Of Burton, age 93, died Saturday, June 14, 2003 at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 11AM Tuesday, June 17, 2003 at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 9020 South Saginaw Road in Grand Blanc, The Reverend George L. Cleaves, Jr. officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. Those desiring, may make contributions to St. Christopher's Episcopal Church. Visitation 5-8PM Sunday and 1-8PM Monday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Mrs. Lindsey will be at the church from 10AM Tuesday until the time of the service. She was born in Ohio on July 1, 1909. She married Jesse (Jack) Lindsey on April 14, 1928 and he preceded her in death on January 19, 1989. She was a long time member of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church. Surviving are daughters, Dolores and husband Mike Simon of Flint, Barbara Dimond of De Tour Village, Michigan; sons, Jerry and wife Pat of Lincoln, Michigan, Jim and wife Linda of Swartz Creek; 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by grandson, Jerry Smith; great-grandson, T.J. Noyce; several brothers and sisters.
