A native of Bluffton (Yell County), she was born May 19, 1911, a daughter of the late Arthur T. Lazenby and Callie Lazenby.
She was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church at Dumas.
Survivors include two sons, Berzent Blagg of Dumas and Jimmy Blagg of Mountain Home (Baxter County); a sister, Allineen Derrick of Cabot (Lonoke County); five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Buddy Ratliff officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Lake Cemetery by Griffin Funeral Home of Dumas.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may take the form of donations to the Susan Holthoff Scholarship c/o Dumas Area Community Foundation, Box 894, Dumas, AR 71639 or First United Methodist Church, 205 Court Street, Dumas, AR 71639.
