Mr. Westmoreland was preceded in death by his brothers, Tommy Westmoreland, Julian Westmoreland, James Westmoreland; special friend, Ralph Grizzle.
Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 20, 2017 at Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery.
