Thomas Acuff, Jr., 85, of Beach Park, passed away Friday, February 17, 2017 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. He was born October 24, 1931 in Wynne, Arkansas to the late Thomas and Martle (Swidle) Acuff, Sr. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. Thomas is survived by his nieces and nephews, Howard Ivy, James Ivy, Myrle Smith, Betty Ukley, Wilma Whitthal, Becky Mack and Tommy Ivy. Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 10:30am at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, 624 Douglas Ave., Waukegan, IL with Fr. Dennis Zalecki officiating. A private inurnment will take place at Warren Cemetery, Chapel of Peace Mausoleum, Gurnee.
