Kenneth Allen Neuhaus, 52, of Tecumseh, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at Plaza West Regional Health Center in Topeka. He was born March 2, 1964 in Denver, Colorado and was adopted by Allen and Gladys Neuhaus.

Kenneth graduated from Shawnee Heights High School in 1982. He was the custodian for Berryton Elementary School until he became disabled.

Kenneth was a member of Hope Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his parents, Allen and Gladys Neuhaus of Tecumseh, his sisters, Diane (Matthew) Greer of Golden Colorado, Cheryl Smith of Topeka, his brother-in-law, Ernest (Michelle) Ehrhart of Osage City, six nephews and two nieces.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his niece, Megan Greer.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 20, 2017 at Hope Lutheran Church where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Hope Lutheran Church, 2636 SE Minnesota Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66605 or to the Friends of the Topeka Zoo, 635 SW Gage Blvd., Topeka, Kansas 66606.
