WILLIAM THOMASON "BILL" WINN, 72, of Marlow, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, January 19, 2007, in Marlow.
Services will be at 10 A.M. Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at Bray Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. David Standifer officiating. Burial will be in Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin under direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.
Bill was born May 29, 1934 in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, to Phillip S. and Myrtle Lillian Thomason Winn. He joined the US Air Force and served during the Korean War. He retired as a machinist for Lear Jet. Bill lived in the Marlow area for 19 years. He was married three times and had five daughters in these marriages. He was a member of the V.F.W. and Marlow Senior Citizens. Bill enjoyed watching TV and talking to people. He loved riding motorcycles.
His survivors include five daughters, Debra Lynn Perez and Vickie Kay Rowan, both of Tulsa, Okla., Linda Kay Davis of Wichita, Kan., Neva Joan Patterson and Phyllis Sue Winn, both of Marlow; a brother, Phillip S. Winn of Marlow; two sisters, Neva Nell Callison of Marlow, and Joan Firsby of Tahlequah, Okla.; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, William Winn, Jr.
