Fannie Daniel was born in Arkansas, a daughter of James Woodard Daniel and Virginia Langley. She had siblings John Leota 1873–1892, Bertha Mary, Andrew Arthur, R.D., Luda Wepper, Tura Octavanna 1883–1951, Willie Ezra, Vinnie Leal and Agnes Virginia.

Her family lived in Chalk Bluff, Arkansas and were farmers.

She was hired as a teacher in Pioche, Nevada in 1917.

She married Bertie Elbert Wagster in 1919 in Arkansas and in 1920 they were living in Ranger, Texas, where she was a school teacher and he was a tank setter in the wood industry. By 1930 she was in Currant, Nevada, working as a school teacher, and Bertie in Kimberly, Nevada working in a copper mine. They apparently did not have children and divorced in 1935.

In 1940 she was in Caliente, Nevada and continued to be a school teacher. She moved to Arizona in 1956 from Nevada.

She was a member of Youngtown Community Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was past Nevada state president and co-founder of Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority, a national honorary educational society.

Fannie was the last member of her family, and was survived by nieces, nephews, and other family descendants.
