He is survived by his Wife, Diane Decker of the home; One daughter Tina Clarke of Blanchard, Oklahoma; One son Daniel Decker and wife, Sherri, of Oklahoma City; Three sisters, Catherine Decker of Spiro, OK, Judy Franklin and husband, Fred, of Spiro, OK and Pauline Dobson of Inola, OK; Four brothers, Frank Lowe of Inola, Edward Lowe and wife, Lillie, of Glenmora, LA, Alfred Lowe of El Paso, TX and Burt Lowe of Union Gap, WA; Grandchildren: Justin Adams, Jeremy Adams, Jamie Dee Adams, and Joshua Kluthe; Great Grandchildren: Hunter Adams, Soren Adams, Justin Adams Jr., Hannah Adams, Garrett Adams and Hayden Adams.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Delia Decker; three brothers, Cecil, Warren, and James; one sister, Lucille Yanauskas.
Bill was a member of the Moore Masonic Lodge #539. He owned and operated Bill's Custom Calls.
Graveside Services were February 17, 2017 at Old Cache Cemetery with Darrell Ritter officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home & Crematory of Stigler.
