Mary Antoinette “Annette” Hall, 88 of Elizabeth City, NC died Monday, February 13, 2017 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center. She was born July 1, 1928 in Pasquotank County to the late Benjamin M. Winslow and Mittie Bell Dillon Winslow and was the widow of William Grant Hall, Sr. She was a member of Fountain of Life Church and retired after over thirty years as head cashier from the Colonial Grocery Store.
She is survived by two sons, William Grant Hall, Jr. and wife Brenda and David Wayne Hall and wife Lisa all of Elizabeth City, NC; three grandchildren, Kristy Thompson, William G. Hall, and Mindy Wallace; and four great grandchildren, Alyssa, Kyleigh, and Caleb Payton and Ezekiel Wallace.
A funeral service will be Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Fountain of Life with the Rev. Preston Pitchford officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 at the funeral home, immediately following the service at the church and at other times the family will be at the residence.
