Richard W. Phillips, 67 of Russellville, departed this life Friday, May 15, 2015 and went to spend eternity with his Heavenly Father. He was born July 5, 1947 in Dewitt, AR to Raymond and Tressie Curtright Phillips. Richard was a U.S Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Raymond Phillips. Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Debra Isbell Phillips; three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Brittany Phillips of Little Rock, Ricky and Chrysta Phillips of Conway, Wesley and Betsy Phillips of Russellville; one sister and brother-in-law, Margie and Tommy Ridling of Little Rock; eight grandchildren, Zack, Zoe, Zed, Hadan, Cheney, Jynna, Jace, Kyler and other family and friends. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Bethel Cane Creek Cemetery in Sheridan officiated by Bro. Phillips under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home of Russellville.
