Mrs. Catherine Louise Eaker Callahan, 84, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Wendover Hospice House.
She was born August 30, 1932 in Cleveland County, NC to Jeff Eaker and Bernice Henson Eaker. She was also preceded by her spouse John Callahan.
She was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church and was a former Sunday School Teacher.
Catherine was a retired trainer at Cone Mills and enjoyed crocheting, reading and coloring. She was very devoted to her family, her church family and was a deeply compassionate, spiritual Christian woman. She will be missed by all that knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 53 years, John Callahan; a son Larry Callahan; a brother James Eaker and a sister, Jean Hutchins
