ANNA RHETTA STALLINGS was born January 9, 1876 in Sumner County, Kansas. She departed this life April 29 at her home in Ringling at age of 72 years 3 months 20 days. She was united in marriage with LEE C. STALLINGS April 9, 1900 at Winoka, Oklahoma and to this union were born 2 children, one of whom survives. Mrs. Stallings was converted and joined the Baptist church at Fairview in 1910 at age of 34 years. She has been a resident of this community for the pats 34 years and a member of the Baptist church at Ringling. She is survived by her husband, LEE STALLINGS, a son JAMES L. STALLINGS of Pawnee, seven grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Friday by Rev. JOE H. MUSIC, pastor of the First Baptist Church, assisted by Rev. J. C. DODSON of Duncan. Richeson Funeral Home of Wilson directed arrangements for interment at Loco.
