Obituary: Pearl A. Neely
Pearl Adeline Neely, 69, died of leukemnia at home [in Stevenson, Wash.], on Sunday, Nov. 4. Mrs. Neely was born May 18, 1921 in Mabton, Wash. She has lived in Stevenson since 1967.
Mrs. Neely was a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director of Camp Fire, and was active in Skamania County politics.
Her husband died in 1984. Survivors include two daughters, Marjorie Blankenship of St. Paul, Minn., and Sandra Hungate of Riverside, Calif.; one son, Gregory Neely of Carson; three brothers, Clarence Hall of Yakima, Donald Hall of Prosser, and George Hall of Sunnyside, Wash.; two sisters, Gladys Hunsaker of Grandview, Wash., and Betty Charvet of Seattle; and six grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Leukemia Society of America, 1411 Fourth Ave., Suite 901, Seattle, 98101.
A funeral will be at 4 p.m, Friday at the Rock Creek Center in Stevenson. Gardner Funeral Home in White Salmon is in charge of arrangements.

Pearl was born on 18 May 1921, the 7th of 11 children of Earl Leicester Hall (1883-1966) and Sarah Elizabeth (Moss) Hall (1889-1981). She married on November 22, 1941 in Yakima, Yakima County, Washington to Albert Lewis "Bud" Neely, the son of Robert Jasper Neely (1870-1946) and Anna Elizabeth (Scott) Neely Robinson (1872-1950). Five children, two of whom died in infancy.
