Larry W. “Bucky” Baker, 48, Gateway North, Nancy, died Saturday, May 6, 2006, at Nancy. He was born Sept. 11, 1958, in Somerset, son of Dorothy Shell Baker and the late Lester Baker. He was a surveyor. Survivors include his mother; former wife, Sheila Washburn; a son, Jeramie Baker, Somerset; and two sisters, Mary (and Jim) Gregory, Cincinnati, and Tommie Matherly, Nancy. He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, at Nancy Funeral Home, with the Rev. Gilbert Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call after 6 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
