Jim was a 30 year veteran serving in the United States Air Force. He was a member and Deacon of Calvary Baptist Church in Lenoir City. Jim was a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason and Shriner. He was a loving husband, father, and papaw.
Preceded in death by his parents, Rollie McCollum and Addie Simms McCollum and 8 siblings.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 11th at Calvary Baptist Church in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. with Rev. Jody McGaha officiating. Masonic services will be conducted. Family and friends will gather at 1 p.m. on Sunday at Grandview Cemetery in Maryville for graveside services.
