Bobbi Jane Duran passed away surrounded by family on January 3, 2017 at the age of 61. She was born in LaMarque, Texas on July 31, 1955 and grew up in Alvin, Texas where she graduated from Alvin High School. She went on to receive a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas in Austin and through the course of her career was employed with Monsanto and Sysco Foods. She is survived by her mother, Hilaria Cruz Duran, her father, Nativida Jack Duran; her sister, Cindy Bridge, and brother-in-law, Jim Bridge; her brother, Jack Allen Duran, sister-in-law, Angela Kay Duran, and nieces, Dr. Alexandra Nicole Duran and Erica Kristine Duran; and preceded in death by her sister, Debra Ann Duran. Bobbi was a loving and caring soul that will be missed immensely by her family and friends.
