BRUCE, Mrs Jennie Wofford, 67, 109 Lester St, Attalia, died at a local hospital Saturday after a sudden illness.

Survivors, daughters, Miss Jimmay Bruce, Mrs Jo Nell DuPont, and Mrs Judy Jolly, Attalla; son-in-law, James L Jolly, Sr, Attalla; grandchildren, Mrs Shirley Griffey, James Jolly Sr [Jr] and Miss Sue Jolly, Attalla; sisters, Mrs B Hallmark, Gadsden; Mrs Willene White, Chattanooga, Tenn.

Funeral services will be Monday 11am at Collier-Butler Chapel with the Revs J B Raspberry, Clyde Quarles and Jimmy Bailey officiating. Burial in Forrest Cemetery.

Active pallbearers, Bill Jolly, Riley Lovvorn, John Engle, Ronald Odom, Verbon Holliday, Neil Daniel, Honorary pallbearers, Dr T M Owen, Dr Adrian Chandler, Dr H A Campbell, Dr Joe Denson, Dr W L Miller, nurses and staff of Baptist Memorial Hospital and all personal friends.

Mrs Bruce was a lifelong resident of Etowah County and was a member of Smith's Chapel Baptist Church. The body will remain at Collier-Butler Parlors through the hour of service.
