First - I give and bequeath to my niece, Bertha Bullock Folsom, the following real estate belonging to me and situated in Chicago, Illinois, viz: ... 2933 Michigan Avenue, together with its contents.
Second - I give to my nephew, Carl C. Bullock, the following described real estate now belonging to me and situated in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, viz: .... 170 Van Buren Street.
Third - I give and bequeath to my cousin Martha Bullock, daughter of Calvin Bullock of Montpelier, Vermont, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars.
Fourth - I give and devise and bequeath to my brother, Joseph C. Bullock, and to his heirs forever, all the residue or remainder of my estate of every kind and nature, and wheresoever situated.
Fifth - I hereby appoint my brother, Joseph C. Bullock, executor.
