Bobby Gene Godsey, 65, of Nova, died Monday, January 30, 2017. He was born November 12, 1951 in Delta, Kentucky. He moved to South Amherst in 1968, and to Nova in 1998.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Nancy West Godsey; daughter, Chasity Clement; one granddaughter; brothers, Wendell Godsey, Ronald Godsey; sisters, Bernice West, Helen Gregory, and Rebecca Mercado.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herstel and Dasda New Godsey.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 3, 2017. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, South Amherst.
