CHARLES FRANK PANNELL, 63, of Memphis, a retired employee of Vassarette Co., died Tuesday at his home after a long illness. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Wesley Highland Tower. Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and attended Prescott Memorial Baptist Church. He leaves his wife, Joyce Arnett Pannell; two daughters, Beth Wismiller and Bobbi Sandidge, and a son, Bennie Holland, all of Memphis; a brother, James Pannell of Horn Lake, Miss., and five grandchildren.
