Ruth M. Blair, 78, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1982, at Senior Manor Care Center of Sparta. She was born Nov. 28, 1904, at Cutler to William L. and Martha J. Robb Blair.
She was a member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Cutler. Before retirement, she was a secretary for American Blower Co. of Denver, Colo.
Survivors include two brothers, Harvey Blair of East Moline and George Blair of Cutler; and a sister, Helen Monteith of Swanwick. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at McDaniel Funeral Home, Sparta. Burial will be in Cutler City Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. today and until the hour of services Monday.
