Ruth Ann Lecklitner 60, of Frankfort, Ind., died at 3:20 a.m. January 29, 2017 at Clinton House Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Born October 27, 1956 in Troy, Ohio to George M. Bailey II & Linda L. (Parker) Bailey. Her marriage was to Donald A. Lecklitner on June 5, 1976 and they later divorced. Ruth was a Frankfort High School graduate. She had worked at Fontana Fasteners, Donaldsons and provided child daycare in her home. Ruth enjoyed drawing, taking photos, cross stitch and crocheting.
