Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louis and Lupe García and Mildred and Donald Layton.
Eric is survived by his loving parents, Steve and Drusilla Layton, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a million friends.
Eric was a beloved son, friend, motor cross racer, flat track racer and snowboarder who will be remembered for his green thumb, contagious smile and love for life.
A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Mount Calvary Cemetery Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will follow the Rosary with burial to follow also at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
