She is survived by her sister, Betty Crawford (BoBo) of Lakeport, Flordia; Kelly Dixon Crawford, widow of Joe Crawford; two great-nieces, Kara and Kasey Crawford; and 1 great-nephew, Kameron Crawford, whom she loved dearly.
Barbara was a retired teacher/librarian in Rowan and Bath County schools.She was a member of the following organizations; Bath County Retired Teachers Associations, KEA Retired, NEA, Rowan County Democratic Committee, AMVETS, VFW, and American Legion Auxiliaries in Tavares,FL.., which was her winter home. She was also a Kentucky Colonel.
