Priscilla Viola Arellano was born on March 8, 1930 in El Paso, El Paso County, Texas to Federici Arellano and Petrita Beaubien (Abren or Abreu) Arellano. As a past resident of West Carroll Parish, Louisiana; she had married James Thomas "Jim" Berger the son of David M. Berger and Mary Jane (Price) Berger. Later in life (before 1989) the family had moved to Riverside County, California. Priscilla was a Registered Nurse and a private pilot.

Priscilla passed away on the 23rd of January, 2017 in Atascadero, San Luis Obispo County, California. Her death was preceded by both her father Federico Arellano and mother Petrita Beaubien (Abren or Abreu) Arellano; brothers Fred (Federico Arellano Jr.) [Find A Grave Memorial# 295022], George, Edward and Jesus Arellano; and nephew Eugene "A.J." Arellano. She is survived by her brother Eugene W. Arellano, and two sisters Marcella (Marrela) Stilwell and Eleanor Love.

Priscilla's husband James "Jim" Berger [Find A Grave Memorial# 37599435] and daughter Robin Carole Berger [Find A Grave Memorial# 37599470] passed away before her. Their daughter Anita L. and son Bruce J. Burger; survived them.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, James T. Berger; daughter, Robin C. Berger; parents, Federico and Petrita Arellano; brothers, Fred, George, Edward and Jesus Arellano; and nephew Eugene "A.J." Arellano. Priscilla is survived by her son, Bruce J. Berger (Laura); grandson, Holden M. Berger; granddaughters, Madison L., Delaney S. and Eryn C. Berger; daughter, Anita L. Berger; brother, Dr. Eugene W. Arellano; sisters, Marcella Stilwell and Eleanor Love; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws. Priscilla was a Registered Nurse, a private pilot (former member of the SLOPA and 99s), a master food preserver, and an avid quilter/seamstress. She was a wonderful spirit and a joy to be with in this world.
