As a past resident of West Carroll Parish, Louisiana; she had married James Thomas "Jim" Berger the son of David M. Berger and Mary Jane (Price) Berger. Later in life (before 1989) the family had moved to Riverside County, California. Priscilla was a Registered Nurse and a private pilot.
Priscilla passed away on the 23rd of January, 2017 in Atascadero, San Luis Obispo County, California. Her death was preceded by both her father Federico Arellano and mother Petrita Beaubien (Abren or Abreu) Arellano; brothers Fred (Federico Arellano Jr.) [Find A Grave Memorial# 295022], George, Edward and Jesus Arellano; and nephew Eugene "A.J." Arellano. She is survived by her brother Eugene W. Arellano, and two sisters Marcella (Marrela) Stilwell and Eleanor Love.
